Pyth Network is upgrading Pyth Core on August 18, 2026. This upgrade replaces Pyth Core's underlying data infrastructure with an improved version while preserving the existing Hermes API surface and on-chain contract interface.

Most existing integrations keep working through the cutover. Prepare for the upgrade to check whether you're covered. The one new requirement is authentication on Hermes: every Hermes user needs a Pyth API Key by August 18, 2026.
